Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns/exchanges may be accepted only for unused products in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
  • Return requests should be made within a specific timeframe after delivery (commonly 7–30 days) — exact period to be confirmed with the company.

2. Conditions

  • Products must be in brand-new, resalable condition.
  • Custom systems, installed items, or services once provided typically are not eligible for return.
  • Any return or exchange requires proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped:
    • Report issues immediately upon delivery (within 48‒72 hours is common).
    • AR Green Solar should arrange replacement or correction — possibly including return shipping at no extra cost.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact AR Green Solar’s customer support via email or phone.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Obtain authorization/instructions for return shipment.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds (if approved) are usually processed back to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are generally for the same product or equivalent item in stock.
  • Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customer generally pays return shipping unless AR Green Solar shipped the wrong or defective item.

7. Warranty

  • Separate product warranties (e.g., manufacturer warranties on solar panels, inverters, batteries) may apply — these are not the same as return/exchange policies and are honoured per manufacturer terms.
